What is Lean
transformation? A practical approach to removing waste and adding
value Lean is an improvement approach to maximise
flow and eliminate waste, that was developed by the Japanese. Lean
is about getting the right things to the right place, at the right
time, in the right quantities, while being flexible and open to
change.
